What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?
If you consistently exceed your plan's transaction limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your volume. Occasional overages are handled at a rate of $2 per additional transaction.
Is catch-up bookkeeping included in the monthly price?
Catch-up work for prior periods is billed separately from your monthly package. If your books need to be brought current before starting ongoing services, I'll provide a custom quote based on the volume of historical transactions and complexity of the work needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in the monthly consultation calls?
During consultation calls, we review your financial reports, discuss any concerns or questions you have, provide tax planning guidance, and help you understand your business's financial health.
Do you prepare tax returns?
While I don't file tax returns, I work closely with your CPA and provide all necessary financial documents, tax planning support, and ensure your books are tax-ready. I can also provide referrals to trusted tax professionals.
Is there a contract or commitment?
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
